Staff acknowledgement

Proof that every employee has read the pay system

Each employee gets a personal link by e-mail or SMS, reads the pay system and taps “I have read it”. You see who has confirmed and who has not.

An employee's phone with the message On the phone screen, a message from UAB Pavyzdys via Linden: please read the pay system. At the bottom, a button: I have read it. FROM UAB Pavyzdys (via Linden) Please read our pay system. I have read it
Why you need it

Every employee must be able to see the pay system

The employer must make the approved pay system available to all employees (Labour Code art. 140(3)).

In a dispute this becomes a question of evidence. If a departing employee never received anything about the pay system, it is easy for them to claim there is none. Then you must prove otherwise (Labour Code art. 26(5)).

Paper works too, but you have to collect it

You need a signature from everyone, then keep it and find it when needed. A link with a button needs no paper, and the record stays in one place.

How it works

Four things the tool does

  1. You add contacts

For each employee, enter an e-mail address or a phone number.

  2. We send it in your name

The employee sees your company's name, for example “UAB Pavyzdys (via Linden)”, and a personal link.

  3. The employee confirms

They open the pay system, read it and tap “I have read it”. The tool records the date, time and channel.

  4. We remind those who have not

Anyone who has not confirmed gets a reminder. The list shows who is left.

The log

One list you can show

The log shows who it was sent to and how, when each person confirmed, and who has not yet. You can show it in a dispute or an inspection.

The proof is a tap, not tracking

We do not check whether an e-mail was opened. There are no tracking pixels. The only proof is the employee tapping “I have read it”.

Contacts are used only to send this notice and its reminders.

A message without tracking An envelope, a crossed-out eye and a tick: only the tap counts.
Questions

Questions about staff acknowledgement

What if an employee has no e-mail?

The link can be sent by SMS to their phone.

What if an employee never taps the button?

The tool sends a reminder. If they still do not confirm, you will see it in the list and can inform them another way, for example against a signature.

Do employees need an account?

No. They get a personal link and tap the button. No sign-in is needed.
